Mini pavlova sandwiches

Hello there! It is a chilly Sunday morning here and it is hard to me to be awake. I prefer my bed right now.
Anyway! Yesterday, I made mini pavlova sandwiches! I took the idea and the basic recipe from Sugar Buzz. A greek food blog with yummy recipes (unfortunately, it is written in greek).
The initial recipe was pavlova sandwiches filled with ice cream, but my throat is not for ice cream (I have a sensitive throat, even though I adore eating ice cream) So I substitute ice cream for whipped cream and I added syrup and sweet cherry.

Here is the recipe for the pavlova:
 You will need:
3 egg whites in room temperature
3/4 cup of granulated sugar, which we make it fine as icing sugar using our multi mixer (I present an image of my multi to see what I talk about)
1 and 1/2 teaspoons corn flour

This is a multi mixer:

How you will make it:
Preheat the oven at 130 C.
Mix the sugar with the corn flour.
In a big bowl start mixing with the mixer in medium speed. the egg whites until you get a meringue
Then add teaspoon by teaspoon the sugar and cornflour mix and keep mixing with the mixer.
Mix until the meringue is tighten (you can see that if you lift up the mixer and see it makes peaks).
Fill a pipping bag and create small round disks in a baking sheet covered with wax paper.
Put the sheet in the oven for 30 minutes at 130 C and then decrease the temperature at 100 C and bake them for 30 more minutes.
Take them out of the oven and let them cool.
Take another pipping bag and fill it with whipped cream. Take 2 mini pavlova and unite them using the cream.
You can always decorate the mini sandwiches with more whipped cream:

Add the sweet cherry and its syrup. I think any other sweet fruit syrup would make them equal tasty.
